LifeCare Hospital – Account & Data Deletion
This page outlines the procedures for users of the LifeCare Hospital mobile application to request the deletion of their account and associated personal data, in compliance with Google Play Developer Policies and data protection standards.
Method 1: Instant In-App Deletion
If you currently have the LifeCare Hospital application installed:
- Open the LifeCare Hospital app on your mobile device.
- Log in with your registered account credentials.
- Tap on the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and tap “Delete Account”.
- Confirm your choice when prompted. Your account credentials, profile details, and stored mobile data will be permanently and immediately erased.
Method 2: Web & Email Request (If App is Uninstalled)
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your device, you can submit a deletion request to our administrative team:
- Send an email to: lifecareinternational.isb@gmail.com
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request – LifeCare Hospital App
- Provide: Your registered full name and the email address associated with your account.
Types of Data Deleted
Upon receiving and confirming your account deletion request, the following information is permanently removed:
- Account authentication data (email address, username, password credentials).
- Profile details and uploaded profile photos.
- Mobile appointment booking history and stored notifications.
Data Retention & Processing Period
- In-app account deletion is executed immediately.
- Email deletion requests are processed and confirmed within 7 business days.
- In accordance with healthcare standards and applicable legal regulations in Pakistan, clinical consultation history and official medical records created during physical hospital visits may be retained in the hospital’s primary clinical records system as required by law.
